Enchanted Parks

For Enchanted Parks, Geraldine Pilgrim and her team were inspired by "the quiet beauty which pervades the parks at night, when nature seems to take over again and the sleeping parks begin to dream."

The performances appear to peel away different layers of wall paper, to release the ghost of the place’s past whilst being aware of its present condition and imagining its future, integrating histories - imagined and real - of the space.

Director/ designer and installation artist Geraldine Pilgrim is also the Artistic Director of Corridor, a performance company she set up in 2000 to create site-specific events often working in collaboration with young people, older people and arts and community groups.
