Coaching & Leadership Support

Bettina Linstrum offers 1 on 1 Coaching for leadership development and support.

Coaching is a great way of fast tracking you to focus on what really matters to you and the values that are important to you, and turning them into actions that can change your life.

As part of the creative process, coaching is a great tool explore your own motivations and aims, and obstacles.

As part of my own professional development I received coaching, and found it incredibly powerful and efficient in finding better solutions for situations and an inner strength. I found that I was working more effectively, better at applying my energies and passion where it was needed, and as a result, became more productive and happier at work and home.

Coaching provides you with a safe place to challenge your own habits of thinking, and explore more deeply certain beliefs and values, and through that bring greater self awareness. This can be in your professional life or your personal, often these two are interlinked. With a stronger sense of self you are able to better deal with situations and the dynamics of relationships.

Sometimes it can be one burning issue that you want clarity on, or a larger concern that’s been on your mind for a while, you dictate the session and its contents.

It is completely confidential.

Coaching generally happens over a series of 6 sessions and takes place one-to-one in person, on the phone or skype, often outdoors (sometimes on a beach).

I have coached individual leaders of organisations, and also the whole team of one organization, individually, as part of professional development offer from the directors for their staff.

Testimonials:

“Coaching with Bettina has been a powerful process which has really helped me think through my priorities and act with calm confidence. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending her.”

“Working with Bettina has been a real block shifter for me.”
J.V., Artistic Director

“I enjoyed and gained a great deal from the whole coaching process, I particularly liked how safe I felt, how Bettina held the space for me, it was very friendly, open and secure. I always felt like I had the right tools to affect change in my work going forward after each session and discovered lot about myself and my work. The journey of each conversation at times was entertaining, at times affirming and profound; this was done by Bettina’s acute attention to detail and her referring back to previous conversations and themes that arose. On approaching the sessions I would give myself time to truly think about what I wanted to discuss, often this thread would expand and reveal concerns or larger problems which would then tie together; I never felt that I was left with a knot that I couldn’t undo and was quite sure of what I would need to do when the coaching session finished.”
