As part of my own professional development I received coaching, and found it incredibly powerful and efficient in finding better solutions for situations and an inner strength. I found that I was working more effectively, better at applying my energies and passion where it was needed, and as a result, became more productive and happier at work and home.
Because of that experience I qualified as a coach in Autumn 2012 with RD1st (Deborah Barnard and Rivca Rubin).
Coaching provides you with a safe place to challenge your own habits of thinking, and explore more deeply certain beliefs and values, and through that bring greater self awareness. This can be in your professional life or your personal, often these two are interlinked. With a stronger sense of self you are able to better deal with situations and the dynamics of relationships.
Sometimes it can be one burning issue that you want clarity on, or a larger concern that’s been on your mind for a while, you dictate the session and its contents.

Coaching generally happens over a series of 6 sessions and takes place one-to-one in person, on the phone or skype.
I have coached individual leaders of organisations, and also the whole team of one organization, individually, as part of professional development offer from the directors for their staff.
